What's Going On?

We have consolidated all our Club365 and RCI Points based clubs into a single brand WanaGetAway Vacation CLub. This will allow us to reduce the number of websites and processes to maintain, creating a better service environment for our members.

Who Services the Club?

WanaGetAway is serviced out of the same Lakeland, FL location and with the same service personnel.

Are Benefits Changing?

The only change is positive! RCI Benefits will now automatically be at the Platinum level plus you have two Club Resorts with special members only benefits.

Are My Dues Going to Change?

Yes, even though benefits are increasing with Platinum access, and new Club Resort, dues are being reduced.

What if I'm Club365 Only?

There are no changes to your benefits and there is a good chance your dues will now be lower 

How Do I Find Out More?

We sent notice out via mail and email, but you can call us at 844-942-2582 option 4, as well as visit your new website.

What is RCI Platinum?

You will save an additional 10% on the price of all condo weeks purchased through RCI plus have some expanded Exchange Benefits.

What is Star Island?

Star Island is where the Club has inventory for supplying your RCI Points. It is a 5-star resort located in Kissimmee, Florida.

What is Crystal Beach Suites?

Like Star Island, Crystal Beach Suites is a 'Club Resort' where you have some members only privilidges.

What if I'm Inactive?

With this change, all members will get an opportunity to take advantage of these new expanded benefits.
